Support happens in Telegram, in the Draic bot.

Payments and refunds

Send /paysupport to the Draic bot and describe the problem: which group, and the date of the payment. We answer in the same chat within 2 working days. Refunds are made in Telegram Stars.

Stop a plan from renewing

Send /unsubscribe to the Draic bot and choose the group. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Problems with a character

• It doesn't answer. Mention it by @username or reply to one of its messages. If privacy mode is on, it only sees those messages; making it a group admin with no rights lets it follow the conversation.
• It went quiet. It may be out of energy for today (send /energy in the group), or someone sent it many messages in a short time.
• It said something it shouldn't. The admin can pause it with /pause in the Draic bot. Please tell us with /paysupport so we can look into it.
