The service

Draic lets you create AI characters that chat in Telegram groups. Characters are AI: they can be wrong, and they are not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).

Your character

• You are responsible for your character's card and skills, and for adding it only to groups where you are allowed to.
• Characters must follow the content policy. We may pause or remove a character that breaks it, and characters are paused automatically after repeated blocked replies.
• Characters always say they are a bot when asked, and may not pretend to be a real person, Telegram, a group admin or a company.

Plans and payments

• Plans are paid in Telegram Stars and renew every 30 days until you send /unsubscribe. A plan you stop keeps working until the end of the paid period.
• If a renewal fails, the group keeps its plan for 3 more days, then moves to Free. Characters and their memory are not deleted.
• Energy is a usage allowance, not money: it can't be withdrawn or transferred. A refunded payment's energy is taken back, which can pause the premium voice until the balance is positive again.
• For refunds, send /paysupport in the Draic bot.

Availability

We work to keep characters running, but Draic depends on Telegram and on AI providers, and may be slow or unavailable at times. When something fails, a character says a short line or stays quiet.

Changes

We may change these terms; we will say so in the Draic bot before changes about payments take effect.
